Today I am sharing my last alternative idea using the November 2022 Paper Pumpkin Kit – From The North Pole. What I like to do is use the supplies in the kit and create different or alternative cards. Today’s card has a different look than all the alternatives I have made with this kit. I wanted something bright and cheery and chose light colors to pair with Cherry Cobbler. 1- Begin stamping the candy cane image directly on the cardbase with Cherry Cobbler ink.
2- Stamp the candy cane in a lighter color by inking it
up with Cherry Cobbler & stamping off on to scrap paper and then onto the
cardbase.
3- Stamp the small dot in Balmy Blue ink in between the candy canes. You can get a lighter color by using the same stamp off – stamp on technique.
4- Cut a flag from the bottom of the Blushing Bride piece. Staple 3” of ribbon to the top of the cardstock to create a tag. Add this to the center of the cardbase with dimensionals.
5- Add the Balmy Blue circle with dimensionals to the left in the center of the tag. You can stamp or emboss this piece if you want.
6- Add the Cherry Cobbler Postage Stamp shape with dimensionals
to the right of the circle in the center.
7- Stamp your greeting in Cherry Cobbler on the white strip then flag the ends. Add to the center of the Cherry Cobbler Postage Stamp Shape.
8- Add three Pearls around the tag.
