With the PDF instructions she provides you can make 8 Cards with just 2 sheets of 12” x 12” pattern paper.

I used the fun and festive, SNOWY SCENES DESIGNER SERIES PAPER  from Stampin’ Up. I love how easy it is to mix and match the patterns along with the cute snow globes, which I did fussy cut out from another sheet of this paper. They were so easy and perfect for this card layout.

For my greeting I used the Peaceful Season Bundle. I have loved having this stamp set & die cuts this holiday season and have used something from this bundle almost every time I craft. I Heat embossed the greetings in White embossing powder on Poppy Parade Cardstock and I love how it gives the perfect bold sentiment for my Christmas Cards.

As I was designing these cards I realized I needed one more element near the greeting to really help everything come together. I looked through my stamps & dies and just couldn’t find the right image, so I decided to make my own. I designed a simple snowflake SVG that I used along with my electronic cutting and cut them out with Pool Party Cardstock. I also drew in some lines with my Pool Party Marker to add a little detail. I love how it help the greeting pop, I think it is the perfect touch.

I would love to give my Snowflake SVG file away to all my subscribers. If you have an electronic cutting machine, like a Cricut, Silhouette, Scan & Cut, or similar, please request the file by filling out this quick form and I will email it to you. https://forms.gle/cEuvucEJqNV5YYGF9

October 2024 SheetLoad of Cards- 6 Easy Cards Using A Little Bit Festive Paper & Ephemera - Stampin' Up!

Today, I am sharing my set of cards made with the October 2024 Sheetload Of Cards Template created by Alicia, of Call Me Crafty Al. Every month on the first she creates great templates which she shares on her YouTube Channel for free. You can get your free template from her channel, the link is below.

Make sure to also see what everyone has created this month. Start with my video below and then use the links found in the description box on YouTube to watch the rest.

With the PDF instructions she provides you can make 6 Cards with just 2 sheets of 6x6 pattern paper.

The pattern paper I chose to use this month is from the A Little Bit Festive Specialty Designer Series Paper. Which has three double-sided 12x12 sheets of pattern papers and 3 sheets of Die Cut Ephemera. I don’t use a lot of Ephemera on my cards and I thought it would be fun to try it with this month’s layout.

I love how the patterns and color I used have a strong Candy Cane Feeling to them, perfect for the upcoming Christmas Season.

The Large Christmas Greeting comes from the Peaceful Season Bundle. I love the fun combinations you can make with all the greetings. Plus, the die set has gorgeous labels that fit the greetings.

I love how these cards turned out and they were so quick and easy to make by following the Sheetload Template and using the A little Bit festive paper & ephemera pack.

As a part of her Creative Team, I get a sneak peek at her templates and then get to design and share my cards with you.

August 2024 SheetLoad of Cards - Wildly Flowering Designer Series Paper Card Ideas - Stampin' Up!

Today, I am sharing my set of cards made with the August 2024 Sheetload Of Cards Template created by Alicia, of Call Me Crafty Al. Every month on the first she creates great templates which she shares on her YouTube Channel for free. You can get your free template from her channel. Find out how to GET YOUR FREE COPY of the August 2024 SheetLoad of Cards, here: https://youtu.be/4kMl0a-fWv8

With the template this month you can make 8 handmade cards with 2 sheets 12 x 12 pattern paper.  I choose to use the Wildly Flowering Designer Series Paper for my cards today. This pack It includes 6 12x12 double sided papers and you get 2 of each, here is a small sample of each pattern. I love the large floral patterns mixed with simpler patterns that make mixing and matching so easy.

The original layout has a playful diagonal design. However, the colors and pattern paper I chose didn’t have that same playful feeling so I skipped that step and kept the center piece intact. I also removed the center border piece as these patterns didn’t need it. This is just a simple way you can make the Sheetload of Cards Template fit your own personal design style.

I used the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set just like last month for my simple greeting and cut out the label and simple floral images with the Thoughtful Expressions Dies in coordinating colors.
