Welcome to Paper Pumpkin Week here at Creative Chelsey. I love getting my Paper Pumpkin Kit every month and creating fun alternative projects using the supplies in the kit. Today I am sharing my third alternative idea using the December 2022 Paper Pumpkin Kit – Good Things Come In Small Packages.
This kit comes with everything you need to make 16 Gift Boxes for any occasion, 4 in four different designs. This kit is filled with so many things. I love that I have options and can choose between 8 different color boxes & 8 different patterns shapes. The combinations are so versatile.
What I like to do is use the supplies in the kit along with some other products and create different or alternative projects. Today I am sharing with you more quick and easy cards. I love that this kit has so many options with the different color boxes and double-sided box wrappers. I would love to see what combinations you come up with.
If this project inspires you to create something, I would
love for you to tag me in any social media post using @creativechelsey |

1- Choose one of the Box Wrappers and cut it to 3” x 5 ½”. You will be using both pieces 3” x 5 ½” & 3” x 1 ½”. Add the 5 ½” piece to the front of your cardbase so it matches with the scored edge.
2- From one of the Box Templates, remove the flaps from
the long side. Then cut a ½” x 5 ½” strip. Add this over the seam between the pattern
paper and cardbase.
3- Add the 1 ½” x 3” pattern paper about ½” from the bottom of the 3” x 4” Vellum piece. If you want, sew a straight stitch with white thread around all four sides of the Vellum. Add this to your cardbase. You can choose to add it so the card it vertical or horizontal and in you want it in the center or on one or the other side.
4- Stamp your greeting in a Circle Label in Garden Green ink. Add to the center of the Vellum piece with dimensionals. Add any die cut pieces (cupcake, cap, flower, leaf).
All Done!
