Make Paper Flowers With Scraps From December 2022 Paper Pumpkin Kit - Good Things Come In Small Packages - Stampin' Up!

Welcome to Paper Pumpkin Week here at Creative Chelsey. I love getting my Paper Pumpkin Kit every month and creating fun alternative projects using the supplies in the kit. Today I am sharing my fourth alternative idea using the December 2022 Paper Pumpkin Kit – Good Things Come In Small Packages.

This kit comes with everything you need to make 16 Gift Boxes for any occasion, 4 in four different designs. This kit is filled with so many things. I love that I have options and can choose between 8 different color boxes & 8 different patterns shapes. The combinations are so versatile.

What I like to do is use the supplies in the kit along with some other products and create different or alternative projects. Today I am sharing with you how to create cute paper flowers using the scraps leftover from my other alternative projects and add them to more quick and easy cards. I love that this kit has so many options with the different color boxes and double-sided box wrappers. I would love to see what combinations you come up with.

1- Cut one of the box wrappers to 4 ¼” x 2 ½” and flag the bottom to create a banner shape. Add this to the front of a cardbase. I placed mine a little to the right of center.

2- Stamp your greeting on to one of the decorative labels from the kit. Add it near the top of the banner with dimensionals. I used the Thank You Stamp from the Happy Labels Stamp Set. Stamp in a coordinating color. I used both Garden Green & Basic Gray.

3- Punch out flower & leaf shapes from any leftover box templates. I used the Petal Park Builder Punch. Curl the flowers with a bone folder and stack them to create a fuller look. Add to the decorative label. Tuck in 2-3 leaves.

4- Add an iridescent rhinestone to the center.
