Stampin' Up! Sparkle of the Season Bundle - Two Beautiful Layout Ideas You Can Easily Replicate

Hello My Crafting Friends,

Today I am sharing my September Stampin’ Up 2021 Artisan Design Team showcase projects.

For my projects this month I wanted to share two cards made with the Sparkle of the Season Bundle which used the same size pieces of Designer Series Paper, but created different looking cards. For my Christmas card I used the Heartwarming Hugs DSP and for my Grateful card I used the Harvest Meadow DSP. Make sure to check below, where I provide a list of products and sizes for each card. I hope you enjoy this tutorial and that it inspires you to create something today.

Grateful Card

1- Place the 1 ½” DSP strip on the left and the 3” piece on the right of the cardbase. If you want add a distressed look by rubbing the edge of you Paper Snips over the top of the DSP in the corners and along the edges.

2- In the center of the Vellum Cardstock adhere 15” of White Glittered Ribbon in a “Z” shape.

3- Cut out two Pear Pizzaz Leaf & Branches Wreath from the Seasonal Swirls Dies. Layer these in the center of the Vellum Cardstock over the ribbon.

4- Cut out a small Star Wreath from the Copper Sheet of Brushed Metallic Cardstock. Layer in the middle of the larger wreath.

5- Stamp and die cut some of the other leaf & pine cone shapes in fall colors. I used Bumblebee, Pear Pizazz, Cajun Craze, and Soft Suede. Layer these on the left of the wreath.

6- Stamp “Grateful” in VersaMark ink on the ½” strip of Kraft Paper and punch out a banner shape with the Banners Pick A Punch. Add to the center of the wreath with dimensionals.

7- Once you have finished decorating the wreath adhere the Vellum in the center of the cardbase with adhesive hiding behind the wreath & other elements.

All Done!

Merry Christmas Card

1- Cut the the 1 ½” DSP strip in half at ¾”. Place one strip on the left and the other on the right of the cardbase. Add the 3” piece in the center.  If you want add a distressed look by rubbing the edge of you Paper Snips over the top of the DSP in the corners and along the edges.

2- In the center of the Vellum Cardstock adhere 15” of White Glittered Ribbon in a “Z” shape.
