December 2021 Sheetload of Cards - Stampin' Up! Peaceful Place Specialty DSP & Poinsettia Petals Set

Today I would like to share with you my version for December 2021 Sheetload of Cards by Call Me Crafty Al. Each month Alicia from Call Me Crafty Al designs a fun template to create multiple handmade cards. Her designs are always fun and easy to use. They include a list of the types of products you need along with measurements to help you cut each piece.

I love how these cards came together. I like the monochromatic black, white, gray of the paper with the soft subtle patterns and how it helps the bold & bright poinsettia pop from the card. Also the little hints of silver foiling in the paper, berry die cut, & rhinestones in the center of the flower add that little bit of elegance.

I did make a small change to the original design and extended the small rectangle to the edges. I did have to change the size of the strip a little so it could fit in the leftover pattern paper, it is 1 7/8” x 5 ¼”. You can watch the video for cutting instructions.
