New Product Spotlight In Bloom Stamp Set & Pierced Blooms Dies - Stampin' Up - PLUS Die Cutting Tip

Hello My Crafting Friends,

Today I am sharing my first the Stampin’ Up 2021 Artisan Design Team showcase project from January 2021.

If you would like to see all my projects together you can visit my blog post here:

http://creativechelsey.blogspot.com/2021/01/artisan-design-team-january-2021.html

For this card I wanted to focus on the In Bloom Bundle (156208 – save 10%) which includes both the In Bloom Stamp Set & Pierced Blooms Dies. I love the fun layout of this card with the cute solid stamps used together to create details for the background. Then a fun die cut technique to create the label with part of the stamps on the label. And then adding the detailed die with a little extra sparkle. I hope you enjoy this tutorial and that it inspires you to create something beautiful today.

1- Stamp the 7-petal flower in So Saffron Ink 3 times on the Basic White Cardstock. Once near the top, another on the left, and last at the bottom. Stamp the small 9-petal flower in Rococo Rose in the center of each flower.

2- Stamp the large heart-shape petal three times in Petal Pink near each of the So Saffron flowers. Stamp the smallest heart-shape flower in the center in Seaside Spray ink. Then stamp the small grouping of dots in Night of Navy to the side of each Seaside Spray. Keep an area of the label near the right side about 1/3” up clear of stamping.

3- Stamp the Medium heart-shape flower in Rococo Rose three times near the other two flowers. Stamp the cluster of many dots in the center with Night of Navy ink. Keep an area of the label near the right side about 1/3” up clear of stamping.

4- Stamp one of the leaf shapes around each grouping of flowers in Soft Sea Foam. Then stamp one of the veins in Pear Pizzaz in the middle of each leaf. Keep an area of the label near the right side about 1/3” up clear of stamping.

5- Using the label die from the Pierced Blooms Die cut from this same cardstock the area you have been keeping open for the greeting. Make sure to cut a small amount of the bottom flowers so they will now be along the bottom of the label. Use washi tape to hold in place (be careful when you remove it after cutting).

Stamp the greeting in Night of Navy ink.

6- Add the Basic White cardstock to the front of the cardbase.

7- Add both 4 ½” strips of ribbon to the back of the label. Cut them to look like a banner on each end. Add to the opening with dimensionals.

8- Cut out some of the flowers & leaves from the Pierced Bloom Dies in coordinating cardstocks. Add Wink of Stella to each piece.

9- Arrange around and tuck under the label with dimensionals. . Add 5 white Elegant Faceted Gems around the die cuts.

All Done!
