February 2021 Paper Pumpkin - Bouquet of Hope - EASTER Alternative Handmade Card Idea - Stampin' Up!

Welcome to Paper Pumpkin Week here at Creative Chelsey. I love getting my Paper Pumpkin Kit every month and creating fun alternative projects using the supplies in the kit. Today is my first alternative project using the February 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit – Bouquet of Hope. This kit comes with everything you need to make 9 beautiful handmade cards. Using the supplies in the kit I like to create alternative cards. Today I would like to share with you this fun Easter Alternative Card Idea. As a side note I am using a stamp from a different stamp set, it is the Happy Easter stamp from the Arrange A Wreath Stamp Set.

I love creating alternative cards with Paper Pumpkin Kits so make sure to come back for more videos as I continue to create with this month’s kit. I would love to see your finished creations that are inspired by this tutorial! 1- Cut the Rococo Rose Cardbase in half on the score line then trim down one side to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”. Add to the center of the Thick Basic White Cardbase.

2- Open and trim the Rococo Rose Envelope pattern to 3 7/8” x 5 1/8”. Center on top of the Rococo Rose on the cardbase.

3- Trim the Gold Doily in half going the long ways. Add the white side up, so the cut line is in the center of the cardbase.

4- Trim the 1” Bumblebee strip in half the long ways at ½”. Adhere over the cut line of the Doily so it is in the center of the card.

5- Stamp your choice of greeting on the curvy label in Mossy Meadow Ink. Add to the center with dimensionals.

6- Add one group of flowers with a dimensional in the top left corner of the label.

7- Tie a bow with 9” of Mossy Meadow Twine and here with a glue dot to the right side of the label on the Bumblebee strip.

8- Add three Black Sequins around the label.

All Done!
