Welcome to Paper Pumpkin Week here on Creative Chelsey. Over the last week I have shared some great card ideas you can make with from the September 2025 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Fall For Toile. Today I am sharing with you my sixth and last alternative card idea. The kit creates a total of 9 Cards, 3 in three different designs along with coordinating envelopes.
I love trying to come up with alternative card ideas that you can make over and over even after all the supplies in the kit are gone. This card does exactly that. Even though I did cut out the acorns and leaves with the envelope patterns you can easy substitute any pattern or solid color cardstock for this card. I hope you love it as much as I do.
If you would like to watch me unbox the kit
and make the original cards visit this playlist -https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL40dV1oxpkNlu37Z2ovKJhMCxYqu7J7Ru
Each month I take the contents from the
paper pumpkin kits and make alternative projects. My cards are easy to follow
and can be made by both experienced or new paper crafter. You may need just a
couple other products to complete them. You can follow along with me using
supplies you already have or purchase any products you see me use from my
online store. A full supply list is below.
I also want to mention the amazing perks you can receive when you subscribe to Paper Pumpkin with me as your demonstrator. With every Paper Pumpkin Stamp Set & Ink Spot sent, I design a card and mail out my very own card kit to my subscribers so they can make two of my exclusive card design. These cards so fun and show new ways to use stamps & ink. We also meet once each month to make the card together, chat & have fun.
*PLUS I have joined
with other Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators to design 7-10 more alternative ideas in
a PDF Tutorial (includes photos & instructions). My subscribers receive
this PDF Tutorial along with an Exclusively Designed Card Kit, all for FREE! If
you would also like to receive this extra perk, sign up for paper pumpkin using
the link below and make sure to select me as your demonstrator.

Very Vanilla Cardbase – 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
Very Vanilla Cardstock – 2-3/4” x 4-1/4” & scraps for
stamping & die cut
Early Espresso Cardstock – 1/2" x 4-1/4” & scraps
for die cut
Scraps from all three Envelope Patterns KIT
Linen Thread – 10”
1- Stamp the Pumpkin image in Cajun Craze all over the 2-3/4” x 4-1/4” piece creating a Toile-Like Pattern. Distress the edges.
2- Distress one long side of the Early Espresso strip and add it to the bottom of the stamped Very Vanilla piece. Add everything to the center of the cardbase.
3- If you have Adhesive Sheet, add it to the back of the Early Espresso scrap and cut out the “hello” from the Circle of Season Dies.
4- Flip the “hello” Die over and place it on a Very Vanilla
scrap. Trace with a pencil the outer edge and fussy cut right along the pencil
line.
5- Flip the Very Vanilla traced “hello” to the right side and add the Early Espresso “hello” to the center. Add this with dimensionals to the center of your card.
6- With the leftover Pattern Flaps from each Envelope. Cut with the Circle of Season Dies: 5-Leaves in Orange, 3-Acorn Tops in Brown, 3- Acorn Bottoms in Red.
7- Before you put together the Acorns, I cut a small silver
from each side of the Acorn Bottoms to make the angle a little straighter.
Repeat for all three. Then add the Acorn Tops to the Bottoms with a glue dot or
two. Add these around the greeting with dimensionals.
8- Add the Small Orange Leaves around the Acorns with a glue
dot on each.
9- Stamp “Thankful” two times in Early Espresso ink on Very Vanilla scrap and cut out the letters “F” “A” “L” “L”. Add them together with Tear & Tape to spell out the word Fall and place below the Hello Die Cut in the bottom right area with dimensionals. See a video below for a great tip!
10- Tie a bow with 10” of Linen Thread and add it in the
bottom right corner of the word FALL.
All Done!
I have also created a video walking you through each step.
