Simple Card:
1- Stamp the greeting in the lower half on the watercolor paper in Pretty Peacock ink. I used a greeting from the So Sentimental Stamp Set, but you can use at you like.
2- Create a mask by covering the greeting with some washi tape. If you like you can create a ripped edge on the right and left sides. This will keep the watercolor away from the area behind the washi tape.
3- Create a watercolor wash with an Aqua Painter for the background. I started with Seaside Spray at the top, then Purple Posy, Rococo Rose, and last Pear Pizazz at the bottom. Let dry.
4- Remove the tape
5- Stamp three flowers on the watercolor paper in Pretty Peacock ink.
6- Add to the front of the card with dimensionals.

All Done!

Stepped-Up Card:
1- Create a watercolor wash with an Aqua Painter for the background. I started with Seaside Spray at the top, then Purple Posy, Rococo Rose, and last Pear Pizazz at the bottom. Let dry.
2- On some Whisper White cardstock stamp 3 flowers, 3 leaves, and the greeting in Pretty Peacock.
3- Use the solid image and add color to the images. One flower for each Seaside Spray, Purple Posy, Rococo Rose. Then use the same stamp and stamp Pear Pizazz over the leaves.
4- Use the coordinating dies to cut out the images with a big shot
5- Add the watercolor paper to the Rococo Rose cardstock at an angle.
6- Add about 8” of ribbon around these papers in the Rococo Rose area. Adhere to the ribbon to the back
7- Add these papers to the front of the card base with dimensionals. You want the ribbon to run parallel to the bottom of the card.
8- Add the flowers with dimensionals
9- Wrap some Rose Metallic Thread and adhere it to the back of the greeting. Then add the greeting over the ribbon with dimensionals
10- Add the leaves with under the flowers and around the greeting.
11- Add some sequins with glue dots.

All Done!

I have also made the same card using the Coordinating Designer Series Paper and a piece of vellum.

Here is the same project as a video tutorial.
