🗓️ Class Details

👉 Where: Online (via private Facebook group / YouTube video link)

👉 What You’ll Get: Video instruction, written directions, live interaction / replay access

👉 Skill Level: Beginner-friendly — all are welcome!

This class will take place in a private Facebook Group and on YouTube with a Private link. The link will be emailed about 10 minutes before 10am MT each day. I will also send an email with both the video replay and PDF tutorial after the live class.

In this Facebook Group I will post:

• Written instructions for each card (PDF) so you can create more cards and use the techniques over and over again.

• Live Videos for each card where I will walk you through each step to create the cards. Watch live or when you have the time.

 

Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just getting started, this class will spark your creativity and leave you inspired to make more love-filled cards.

How to Make This Card

1. Create the Cardbase

Emboss the Basic Beige piece with your choice of embossing folder. I used the crosshatch pattern from the Basics Pack (retired).

Adhere it, centering it evenly to allow the dark base to frame the design.

2. Build the Panels

Place the three Gift Box pieces together vertically. Randomly stamp the Wreath in Mossy Meadow over all three.

Add all three pieces onto white cardstock with even borders. You can mix them up to get a different look. TIP: Place the top and bottom pieces first then add the middle – this helps create an even border.

Attach the Layered Panel piece to the center with dimensionals.

3. Add the Focal Image

Stamp the Wreath in Mossy Meadow on Basic White Cardstock and fussy cut out.

Place the wreath element in the center between the first and second panel using dimensionals.

Use a Coordinating Stampin’ Blend Marker to color the Linen Thread. I used Dark Cherry Cobbler. Tie into a bow and add with a glue dot to the top of the Wreath.

This simple detail adds warmth and a touch of festive charm.

4. Stamp the Sentiment

Stamp “With Love” in a Cherry Cobbler ink on the 1/4" strip. Trim the sides to an angle and attach at the bottom of the wreath with dimensionals.

Keeping the sentiment small helps maintain the soft, elegant feel of the card.

The embossed background adds texture without overpowering the design

The layered panels are perfect for using patterned paper scraps

This layout works for many occasions—just change the sentiment

How to Make This Card

1. Large Early Espresso Banner

Cut the bottom edge into a shallow fishtail banner shape. The center point is about 1/2” high.

Emboss with any embossing folder. I used the Crosshatch Pattern from the Basics Pack (retired).

Adhere the brown embossed cardstock to the front of the card, centering it evenly.

2. Stamp

Stamp the Wreath in Mossy Meadow ink on the Gift Box piece. You will not be able to fit the whole wreath.

Stamp your greeting in Cherry Cobbler ink on the 1-1/2” Basic Beige Circle.

3. Create the Banner Layers

Cut the hole from the top of the green striped banner. Adhere it to the right side of the card at an angle.

Layer the smaller plaid wreath piece in the center of the Green Banner, slightly offset for interest.

Add the Green Tag with the Red Stripe side up on the left of the card.

4. Build the Tag Focal Point

Add your stamped greeting to the right side of the Tag with a dimensional.

Trim a small section from the leftover Branch with Leaves Die and tuck it under the greeting near the top.

Add the larger leftover piece of the Branch with Leaves tucked under the bottom of the greeting.

5. Add Embellishments

Tie two 8” pieces of linen thread together, through the tag hole and let the ends hang loosely.

Add 3-5 Red Embellishments around the greenery.
