The cards this month are so cute and really
easy to make with beautiful textures and foil accents. If you would like to watch me unbox the kit
and make the original cards visit this playlist - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL40dV1oxpkNmWbQHZrcm9aXxWqpVvFSAC
This is the fourth alternative card I will be sharing with you this week. Today’s card showcases more layered hearts. I love how they all come together so beautifully.
Each month I take the contents from the paper pumpkin kits and make alternative projects. My cards are easy to follow and can be made by both experienced or new paper crafter. You may need just a couple other products to complete them. You can follow along with me using supplies you already have or purchase any products you see me use from my online store. A full supply list is below or on my blog – www.creativechelsey.com
I also want to mention the amazing perks you can receive when you subscribe to Paper Pumpkin with me as your demonstrator. With every Paper Pumpkin Stamp Set & Ink Spot sent, I design a card and mail out my very own card kit to my subscribers so they can make two of my exclusive card design. These cards so fun and show new ways to use stamps & ink. We also meet once each month to make the card together, chat & have fun. *PLUS I have joined with other Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators to design 8-10 more alternative ideas in a PDF Tutorial (includes photos & instructions). My subscribers receive this PDF Tutorial along with an Exclusively Designed Card Kit, all for FREE! If you would also like to receive this extra perk, sign up for paper pumpkin using the link below and make sure to select me as your demonstrator.

Thick Basic White Cardbase – 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
Petal Pink & Flirty Flamingo Ink Pads
Envelope – Kit
Printed Hearts Rectangle – Kit
Flirty Flamingo Marbled Leftover Pieces – Kit
Animal Print Heart – Kit
Foil Stickers – Kit
Tiny Heart Embellishments
1- Trim the folded edges of the Envelope so you separate the front from the back. On the front side cut down to 4 ¼” x 5 ½”. Then remove the label in the middle without cutting the edges. See video below. Add the Remaining Outside Envelope to the front of the cardbase.
2- On the Printed Heart Rectangle add more stamped Hearts. I stamped the Small Solid Heart in Petal Pink
Then stamp the Outline Heart in Flirty Flamingo.
3- Add the 1/8” Flirty Flamingo Marbled Strip (from alternative #2) to the bottom of the Printed Heart Rectangle. Cut the larger leftover piece into three sections and adhere behind the Small Heart Openings. Add this to the Cardbase with even borders at the top & bottom and pushed all the way to the left giving a border on the right side.
4- With the Envelope Label you removed, round the corners to mimic the label shape. You can use a ½” Circle Punch or a pair of Paper Snips. Stamp your greeting in Real Red in the center. Add to the card near the bottom of the Printed Hearts Rectangle with dimensionals.
5- Add the Animal Printed Heart near the top of the greeting and one Foil Sticker Heart on the left side with dimensionals to support the area not on the label. I used the leftover inside Foil Heart (outlined heart sticker). I cut a deeper “V” into the heart to remove the rounded look.
6- Add 3 Tiny Heart Embellishments.
All Done!
I have also created a video walking you through each step.
