Clean and Simple Design with the December 2025 Paper Pumpkin Kit Watercolor In Bloom - Stampin’ Up!

Today I’m sharing my fourth alternative card idea made with the December 2025 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Watercolor In Bloom. This card is sweet, thoughtful and perfect for reaching out just because. This “Dear Friend” design is soft, calming, and full of gentle botanical details—ideal for encouragement, thinking-of-you notes, or heartfelt letters to someone special.

I love how this card feels peaceful and fresh while still being simple to put together.

Blue to Green Cardbase 1” x 4" (green area)

How to Make This Card

1. Stamp the Leaf Image Rectangle piece

With a yellow ink - I used Crushed Curry. Stamp the Sprig Image two or three times around the leaves. Repeat on the other side.

Adhere to the center of the cardbase with dimensionals.

2. Add the Center Band

Cut the ends of the watercolor-style green strip (from the Blue to Green Cardbase) into a banner. 

Adhere it across the center of the panel. You can add some dimensionals to the ends (off the center panel) for support.

3. Stamp the Sentiment

Cut a 1/2" x 2” piece from the center of the Oval Label. 

Stamp “Dear friend,” in Night of Navy.

 Adhere it to the center with dimensionals.

4. Finish with Twine

Wrap 15” Baker’s Twine into a faux double bow using a couple glue dots. 

Tuck under the greeting on the left side.
