The cards in this kit are so fun and bright
with strawberry die cuts and fun patterns.
The kit includes everything you need to make 8 cards, 2 in 4 different
designs.
For my fifth alternative I am using a fun angled layout and sharing an easy way to position the cardstock in your embossing folder to get angled embossed lines.
If you would like to watch me unbox the kit
and make the original cards visit this playlist - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL40dV1oxpkNnkftKat7y5RtamwxGnoud6
Each month I take the contents from the paper pumpkin kits and make alternative projects. My cards are easy to follow and can be made by both experienced or new paper crafter. You may need just a couple other products to complete them. You can follow along with me using supplies you already have or purchase any products you see me use from my online store. A full supply list is below
*PLUS I have joined
with other Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators to design 7-10 more alternative ideas in

Thick Basic White Cardstock – 4 ¼” x 11” scored at 5 ½”
Pink & Orange Plaid Cardbase (kit) – 2-3/4” x 5-1/2”
Strawberry Slush Cardstock – 3” x 5-1/2”
Basic White Cardstock – 4” x 5-1/4”, ¼” strip & scraps for stamping
2 Large Strawberries Die Cut (kit)
Small Strawberry Die Cut (kit)
3 Flower Die Cuts (kit)
1- Make sure to use the Cutting Guide (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tkw0xnEZqQ0MfOrVRrz8lxn8lG_DphZL/view?usp=drive_link) to cut your pattern paper to the right size from the cardbases in the kit.
2- Add the Pink & Orange Plaid to the Strawberry Slush piece with a border at the top & bottom. Position it at an angle with a little repositionable tape on the 4” x 5-1/4” White piece. Trim the overhang.
3- Remove the plaid piece from the White piece. Add it to the outside of the Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder (or another similar style embossing folder) so the bottom edge of the angled plaid piece lines up with the lines on the embossing folder. Hold in place with some repositionable tape.
4- Place the 4” x 5-1/4” Basic White Cardstock inside the embossing folder with the long edge matching the angled edge of the Pink & Orange Plaid piece. Carefully close the folder and remove the plaid piece from the outside before running it through your machine.
5- Adhere the Plaid piece to the embossed piece a little higher than center. Add everything to your cardbase.
6- Adhere the two large Strawberries to the bottom area and
then one small strawberry with a dimensional.
7- Stamp your greeting on Basic White in Garden Green and fussy cut out “sweeter”. Stamp “Life is” & “With You” on the ¼” strip and cut down to fit. Add above the Strawberries with dimensionals.
8- Add 3 flower die cuts with dimensionals or glue dots around the greeting. Add 3-5 Sequins.
All Done!
I have also created a video walking you through each step.
