- Stamp the greeting with Pacific Point ink, in the center of the ¾” strip of Whisper White cardstock- flag each end to create a banner. Stamp the circle ribbon in the large Whisper White circle in Pacific Point ink.

- Using the balloon punch, punch out a set of Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight balloons. Stamp each balloon in the coordinating color of ink with the Medal Pin stamp. This will give the balloons a fun texture.

- Die 6” of Linen Thread with Pacific Point ink. Squeeze the ink pad before opening to get ink in the lid. Place the Linen Thread in the ink and with a Water Painter die the fibers. Remove and let dry before adding to your card.

- Adhere the Rich Razzleberry cardstock at an angle to the center of your cardbase. Add the Designer Series Paper on top at an opposing angle.

- Take the 1” x 6” strip of Pacific Point Cardstock and score each end at 1 ½” and 1 ¾”. Use the Triple Banner Punch on each end to create a banner shape. Fold back and forth on the score lines. Add adhesive to the back of the banner in between the score lines and fold to hold the fold in place. Curl the ends with your bone folder. Add dimensionals to the center area and add to the center of your card.

- Adhere the stamped Circle Ribbon to the center of the banner. Cut out the larger circle die from the Tasteful Labels Die Set with the Silver Foil Paper, add this to the center of the circle ribbon. Then add the greeting on top.

- Once the Linen Thread is dry. Cut 2 – 3” pieces and adhere one end to the back of each balloon. Add the balloons to the top left corner with dimensionals. Bring the strings together under the greeting and add a single glue dot to hold them in place.

All Done!
