Create a WOW ALTERNATIVE CARD - With Simple Stepped Up Ideas Using the June 2023 Paper Pumpkin Kit

Welcome to Paper Pumpkin Week here at Creative Chelsey. I love getting my Paper Pumpkin Kit every month and creating fun alternative projects using the supplies in the kit. Today I am sharing my third alternative idea using the June 2023 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Welcome Inn.

This beautiful kit creates 9 handmade cards. There are enough supplies to make three of each card. What I like to do is use the supplies in the kit along with some other products and create different or alternative projects. Today I am sharing with you a quick video showing you how I stepped up one of the card designs in the kit.

If this project inspires you to create something, I would love for you to tag me in any social media post using @creativechelsey | #creativechelsey or email me at chelsey@creativechelsey.com.

It is Paper Pumpkin Week here on Creative Chelsey. This is the third alternative this week. If you would like to see all my alternatives check out the playlist here:

1- Cut the Calypso Coral Cardbase in half at 4 ¼”. Save one piece for a future card. Use the other piece and add it to the front of the Thick Basic White Cardbase.

2- Layer the frame over the Large Flower Label with the dimensional strips.

3- Stamp the Vase image over the White Vase Die Cut with Night of Navy ink. Add this under the flowers with dimensionals.

4- Stamp your greeting. I used “friend” in Night of Navy on the right side of the Balmy Blue Banner. Cut it to a shorter size and add a dimensional strip to the left side on the back of the banner. Tuck it inside the frame on the left of the Vase.

5- Stamp 6 more flowers, 3 in both Calypso Coral & Daffodil Delight ink. Fussy cut out.

Attach these with a glue dot around the flowers on the label, to create a fuller look. You can also add one at the bottom near the greeting.

6- Add three Night of Navy Enamel Dots

All Done!

I have also created a video walking you through each step:
