Today’s tutorial includes more alternative projects using Stampin Up’s March 2020 Paper Pumpkin Kit No Matter the Weather. I love creating alternative cards with Paper Pumpkin Kits so make sure to come back for more videos as I continue to create with this month’s kit.

Card#1
1- Begin by cutting the gray sky with grass card base from the kit in half to remove the front from the back at 3.5”. Cut the front piece to 3.5” x 3.5” make sure to include the grass. Keep the 1.5” x 3.5” strip for card #2.
2- Trim about 1/16” from the right, left, and bottom of the shaded spruce envelope to separate the stripe pattern from the back. Remove the top part of the envelope so you have a piece about 3 ½” x 4 ¼”. Then trim it to 2.5” x 4 ¼”. Keep the other pieces for another card.
3- Add the Shaded Spruce stripe 2.5” x 4.25” piece to the back of the gray sky piece. It should be centered with about ½” in on all sides. Add this to the center of the Gray Granite cardbase.
4- Add the checked boots with dimensionals to the lower left corner. Add the flower grouping with dimensionals on top of the boots.
5- Stamp the greeting on the Petal Pink label in Basic Gray ink. Add it to the card with dimensionals to the right of the boots.
6- Tie a bow with 8” of twine and adhere it on the boots under the greeting. Add some epoxy rain drops in the sky, and Iridescent Sequins around the greeting.

Add done!

Card #2
Tip: I used the green and blue boots and the So Saffron envelope in another alternative project. Check it out here: http://creativechelsey.blogspot.com/2020/03/march-2020-paper-pumpkin-kit-no-matter.html
1- Trim the So Saffron Envelope Flap to 4 ¼” x 1 ¼”
2- Stamp the greeting on a piece of Petal Pink cardstock and punch with a 1 ¼” circle punch.
3- Remove 3 hearts, turn over 2 and stamp the large heart image in So Saffron and Calypso Coral on the back.
4- Add the Basic Gray cardstock to the center of the Whisper White cardbase. Adhere the So Saffron envelop piece to the bottom left corner of the Basic Gray. Then add the Gray cloud piece from the kit’s cardbase over the So Saffron piece.
5- Add the rainboots with dimensionals to the left over the gray cloud piece. Add each heart over the matching pair of boots with glue dots.
6- Place the Balmy Blue label to the right of the rainboots. Then add the greeting with dimensionals over the strip close to the boots.
7- Add some sequins around the greeting and add some wink of stella over each heart.
