Today I am sharing my version of July 2023 Sheetload of
Cards from Call Me Crafty Al. This
month her template creates 12 handmade cards with two 12” x 12” sheets of
pattern paper. Each month
Alicia from Call Me Crafty Al designs a fun template to create multiple
handmade cards. Her designs are always fun and easy to use. They include a list
of the types of products you need along with measurements to help you cut each
piece.

For my card this month I wanted to highlight one of the new product suites in the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. The Zoo Crew Suite Collection is full of cute animals who are ready to celebrate any occasion. I wanted to focus my cards on the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper. Here are the fun patterns in this 12 x 12 pack of paper. As you can see the printed animals are perfect to cut out to make easy cards. I also added a little more color to the animals with some watercolor pencils.
I didn’t want to use the black and white patterns from this paper so I cut colored cardstock to the recommended size specified in the template this month. I used Petal Pink & Calypso Coral for half my cards and Lemon Lolly & Lemon Lime Twist for the other set. I also added them at angles to give the card a more whimsical look.
I used the Zany Zoo Stamp Set for the greetings on my cards. And added some ribbon from the Ribbon Duo Combo pack which coordinates perfectly since it is also part of this suite of products.

Love the cards. Just wondered you used for the "bumps" on the cardstock. Thank you.
