How to turn any floral stamp set into a Christmas Bouquet Card | Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set

For today's Handmade Card process tutorial I would like to share with you how you can turn any floral stamp set into a Christmas Bouquet to use on the front of your card. I used the Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set from Stampin Up but the same process can be applied to most flower stamps. I hope you enjoy this video and give it a try.

Thick Whisper White Cardstock cardbase 8.5" x 5.5" scored at 4.25"
Whisper White Cardstock 4.25" x 5.5" | 3.5" x 2.5"
Pool Party Cardstock 4.25" x 5.5"
Basic Black Cardstock 2" x 5.5"

1- Stamp the Buffalo Check Stamp in Pool Party Ink on the Pool Party Cardstock. I like to use the Stamparatus for this so I can line it up and get the lines nice and straight on the cardstock.

2- Use the 4.25" x 5.5" Whisper White Cardstock to stamp the wreath of flowers. Start with the 2.5" x 1 7/8" oval and place it in the center of the cardstock. Trace around the center oval with a pencil.

3- Use the Poppy Parade Ink with the two different flowers in the stamp set. I started with the double flower image. Stamp this a couple times around the oval. I also stamped once in full strength ink and then again with out re-inking to get a lighter color.

4- Next use the other flower and do the same thing.

5- Use Call Me Clover ink to stamp the triple leaf around the oval. Use the same stamping technique to get the different shades of ink.

6- Next stamp the double leaf and do the same thing.

7- With a pair of paper snips cut around the outside edge of the wreath.

8- Use the Triple Banner Punch on the strip of black cardstock

9- Stamp your greeting on the white cardstock with black ink. Make sure to center it so you can cut out the oval after.

10- Cut out the greeting with the same oval die you traced around.

11- Cut down the Pool Party Cardstock to 3.75" x 5" and adhere it to the center of the card base.

12- Center the black banner on the card front. Make sure to place it so the top of the banner touches  the top of the card.

13- Add the wreath of flowers with dimensionals to the top half of your card. Make sure your flowers and leaves don't go over the edge of your card so it will fit nicely in an envelope.

14- Add the greeting with dimensionals to the center of the wreath.

15- Add some white sequins. I place 3 in a triangle shape at the top right and bottom left on the wreath to complete the card.
