Today, I am sharing my set of cards made with the August 2024 Sheetload Of Cards Template created by Alisha, of Call Me Crafty Al. With the template this month you can make 8 handmade cards with 2 sheets 12 x 12 pattern paper. I choose to use the Wildly Flowering Designer Series Paper for my cards today. This pack It includes 6 12x12 double sided papers and you get 2 of each, here is a small sample of each pattern. I love the large floral patterns mixed with simpler patterns that make mixing and matching so easy.
The original layout has a playful diagonal design. However, the colors and pattern paper I chose didn’t have that same playful feeling so I skipped that step and kept the center piece intact. I also removed the center border piece as these patterns didn’t need it. This is just a simple way you can make the Sheetload of Cards Template fit your own personal design style.
I used the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set just like last month for my simple greeting and cut out the label and simple floral images with the Thoughtful Expressions Dies in coordinating colors.
