Make a card with the Stampin' Up Mosaic Mood DSP and Stitched All Around Stamp Set

Welcome -
Today I would like to share with you a beautiful card I made using Stampin' Up's Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper and Stitched All Around Stamp Set.

Here is a quick tutorial showing you how I made this card:

This paper not only has fun mosaic designs, but has an embossed side on each paper.

This image shows the embossed side of the paper.

This image shows the regular side of the paper.

This pack of Specialty Designer Series Paper has 12 sheets of paper. 2 of each design. Each paper is double sided with one side being embossed and the other side with a different design that is not embossed.

I use a fussy cut technique around the roses, leaves, butterfly, and tiny bumblebee.

I also colored my white bakers twine with either the Stampin' Blends or an ink pad and a sponge dauber.
When coloring baker's twine with the Stampin' Blends use a scrap piece of paper underneath the string. Then place the large tip on top and pull the string. The pen does a pretty good of saturating the twine, but if you see areas that are still white go ahead and run it over that area again.
If coloring the baker's twine with an ink pad. Place the twine on top of the ink pad. With a sponge or sponge dauber press on the twine and then pull the twine. This will add color to one side of the twine. You will need to run it over the ink pad a couple times to completely cover the white.

I will also run the colored twine through a tissue or paper towel to get some of the extra color off the twine before adding it to my project so it doesn't smear the color onto my card.

Here is how I assembled my card:

Stamp the sentiment in Soft Suede and cut it out using the large label die from the Stitched Labels Framelits

Layer the pieces of cardstock and DSP using snail adhesive.
Use snail and dimensionals to add the roses and leaves to the corners of the card.
On the back of the greeting run some snail and then loop the twine and adhere to the back. I then add dimensionals on top of the twine to keep things in place.
Add the greeting to the center of your card.

Then place the butterfly in the bottom left corner.
With a glue dot add the little bumblebee to the top left corner.
The last step is to add some Wink of Stella to the greeting. This adds just a bit of shimmer. Be careful around the stamped areas and it can bleed.
