- Cut the Designer Series Paper in to 3” strips. You will want to have two coordinating patterns and will need 3 strips to make 6 cards.

- Add the larger DSP piece (3” x 3 ½”) to the top of the cardbase with about ¼” gap on the left side. Add the small piece (3” x 2”) directly underneath.

- Stamp your greeting to the left with about ¼” space in your choice of ink on the ¾” strip. Add this strip over the seam where the two pieces of DSP meet.

- To make more cards quickly, I added all three birds to one side of my clear block. Then inked and stamped them at the same time.

- Color with Stampin’ Blend Markers in coordinating colors. I used light Just Jade under the detail on the wing, then colored to top of the bird & wings in dark Soft Sea Foam. Then added a little shadow under the neck and belly with light Crumb Cake.

- Cut out with coordinating dies. To make this faster, you can connect all the dies with washi tape. When your done cutting your first set of birds, don’t remove the dies individually – keep them together and line them up over your next set of birds, they should line up perfectly.

- Die cut a leaf from Soft Sea Foam and add it to the right of the greeting. Tie a bow with 10” of Linen Thread and adhere to the corner where the greeting and DSP meet. Add one bird in-between the leaf and bow. You can use a dimensional behind the bird if you want.

Add any other embellishments you want – All Done!
