Let's get started...
Here is a picture showing everything you need to start this project.
Step 1: Cut a card base 4.25" x 11" and fold in half. With the Balmy Blue ink pad stamp the ribbon stamp. Stamp once with full strength ink then again without re-inking your stamp. This gives your image a lighter hue of the ink color. Repeat once more.
Step 2: Find the shadow stamp. Using Balmy Blue ink stamp the full strength ink inside the lighter ribbon and stamp again (without re-inking) inside the darker ribbon.

Step 3: Stamp the sprinkles in Lemon Lime Twist and the triangles in Grapefruit Grove. Randomly space these around your ribbons

Step 4: Stamp your saying in Balmy Blue on a strip of paper 1" x 2.75"
Step 5: Trim one end of the strip with scissors to make a flag shape

Step 6: Adhere 2 any size strips of Gingham Gala paper in the middle of the stamped images. Offset them so you can see both colors when the saying is applied.

Step 7: Apply a strip of adhesive to the back of your saying. Using silver metallic thread, wrapped around 4 of your fingers about 5 times. Cut or tear. Apply the thread to the adhesive. Then apply dimensionals over the thread to hold it in place. Apply your saying to the card in the middle of your patterned paper.

Step 8: Adhere twinkle stars around the saying.

All done! I hope you enjoyed making this quick and easy card.
